 Vacation Homes, Overlook Units, and Housekeeping Cottages

During Peak season (June, July and August) the minimum reserved stay is one week unless a vacancy occurs. The remainder of the season requires a minimum 2-day reserved stay. Holiday weekends require a 3-day minimum stay. Deposits are required in advance, by personal check, $250 per week, per unit. The balance is due upon arrival. For stays of less than a full week, full payment is due in advance. Check-in time is 2 p.m. Saturday, and check-out time is 9 a.m. Saturday.

Motel Units

A 2 night minimum reserved stay is required for weekends. To reserve a week stay, a deposit of $175, per unit .is required, in advance, by personal check. To reserve all stays, other than a full week, requires a $75 deposit, per unit, in advance, by personal check. Holiday stays require full payment, in advance by personal check. Check in time 3 p.m. Check out time 10 a.m.

Special terms and conditions apply to stays during deer seasons, hog wrestling, and holiday stays.

Refunds - If you must cancel a reservation, your deposit will be refunded only if we can re-rent the cottage that was reserved.

While we try to give everyone the cottage of their choice, we reserve the right to make changes where necessary in order to accommodate everyone.

Please leave your pets at home, and please recycle.

Please limit your visitors to short stays, otherwise you will be charged for the additional guests. This is done to keep our place quiet and peaceful for you and other paying guests.

We do not allow pets, mini-bikes, motorcycles, fireworks, slingshots, or any other dangerous weapons on the premises.

Guests may not molest wildlife, trees or shrubs.
